What HubSpot permissions do you need?
OAuth only—we never ask for your password. We request read-only access to contacts, companies, deals, and line items by default (least-privilege scopes). Write access is only requested if you enable reconciliation actions. You can revoke access anytime from your HubSpot settings.
What Google Sheets permissions do you need?
OAuth only—no passwords. We only request access to the specific spreadsheets you connect, not your entire Google Drive. You can revoke access anytime from your Google account settings.
Can you see or share my spreadsheet data?
No human access by default. Syncs are automated. If you request support, you can grant us time-limited access to help debug—we log all access. We don't share data with third parties.
How does beta setup work?
Setup in beta is guided over email. We'll walk you through connecting HubSpot and Google Sheets, and help configure your first sync. Self-serve setup is coming soon.
What if I need to cancel?
Reply to any email to cancel the beta. No contract, no data lock-in. You can revoke OAuth access anytime directly from HubSpot and Google.
